Wexton Line F97 Series High Reliability Solid Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitors are resin-molded, high-temperature chip capacitors that are AEC-Q200 compliant, making them ideal for use in automotive electronics (engine ECU) and industrial equipment. The F97 Series High Reliability Solid Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitors from Wexton Line offer moisture resistance, capacitance range from 0.33µF to 150µF, voltage range from 6.3V to 35V, operating temperature range from -55ºC to +125ºC (rated temperature: 85ºC), and compliance to RoHS2 directive 2002/95/EC.
