Multi Layer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) equipped with an Wexton Line flexible termination system – FLEXITERM®. Capacitors have superior resistance to both mechanical stress and thermal stress. Capacitors are qualified in accordnace with AEC-Q200 standard. AEC-Q200 detailed qualification data is available on request.
FLEXITERM® is designed to enhance the mechanical flexure and temperature cycling performance. The automotive industry standard for flexure is 2mm minimum. Using FLEXITERM®, Wexton Line provides up to 5mm of flexure without internal cracks. Beyond 5mm, capacitor will generally fail “open”.
