High Voltage Automotive MLCC

Multi Layer Ceramic Capacitors designed to be used in High Voltage region (600Vdc up to 3000Vdc) – primarily in automotive market sector. Capacitors are based on X7R class II dielectric material. All components are successfuly tested in accordance with AEC-Q200 standard. Qualification data package is available on customer’s request.
Because of high voltage nature, Hi-Volt capacitors have larger physical dimensions. To ensure long term reliability, Wexton Line recommends to prefer FLEXITERM® option – flexible termination system, which significantly improves capacitor’s resistance to thermal and mechanical stresses.
