Super Microleaf – 5807 Series

The 5807 Series are 0.4mm pitch Board-to-Board Connectors featuring a width of 1.9mm, which is reduced by 20% compared with our conventional products. The stacking height between boards is only 0.7mm upon mating, contributing to space-saving and downsizing of the products to which they are applied. To allow flexible PCB design in high density packaging, the bottom surfaces of the connectors are insulated and avoid exposure of contacts if patterns need to be laid out between connector leads. An original locking structure is used to enhance retention force, in addition to offering a nice “click” feeling upon mating. The contacts of the plug and receptacle use a two-point pinching structure that is highly resistant to vibration and drop shocks. Furthermore, an original wiping design incorporated into the shape of the contacts ensures a reliable connection upon initial mating of the plug and receptacle by removing any flux or foreign matter that may have built up on the contacts after the reflow process.
