I/O – miniUSB 5141 Series

The 5141 Series are mini-USB Type B Receptacle Connectors complying with USB standards for mating conditions, positions, contact dimensions, and performance. EMI shielding is improved by equipping a shell on the rear, thus minimizing the mounting area. Terminals are pre-loaded to provide clearance, which prevent them from buckling, and realize high contact pressure with smaller strokes, thus improving contact reliability. During insertion and removal of the cards, point contacts remove grit and dust on the contacts with wiping effects to improve contact reliability.
