Micro/Miniature – 8000 Series (AWG 32)

The 8000 Series are 1.0mm pitch, super small and low profile board type connectors, featuring a mating height of 2.79mm with two contacts to meet market needs for high-density packaging, especially in small mobile devices. Space-saving of 27% in volume has been achieved compared with the conventional 8005 Series. The 8000 series adopts an insulator locking structure tolerant of drop impacts and vibrations, which assures mating with a firm “click” feeling, and the IDC plug connector enables a bundle of connections with non-strip wires. Crimping the wire of AWG 32 through the insulator realizes secure connection and high reliability.
